The mission is yours. We build around it.
We do not arrive with a plan for your land. Local partners define what needs repairing, keep the right of veto, and hold the professional work.
The places on this site are real, and the environmental evidence is cited. Eden hospitality, prices, availability, booking, Impact Passport activity and Impact Credits are simulations. Nothing is bookable and no payment is ever taken.
Seven kinds ofco-author.
Partners are co-authors, not suppliers. You set the priorities, govern participation, share in the value and keep a standing veto.
Landowners & stewards
You hold land that needs long-term repair and would set the mission and retain veto over all activity.
Conservation organisations
You run the science and the professional restoration work; we fund it and add supervised guest capacity.
Local communities & councils
You define what benefit looks like locally: employment, infrastructure, culture, education.
Hospitality operators
You know how to run a small, exceptional property in a remote place to a single network standard.
Makers, chefs & guides
You are the culture of the place. The week is built around your craft, paid properly.
Training & education providers
You run the schools, colleges and apprenticeship programmes that turn a season of work into a qualification and a career.
Community enterprises & cooperatives
You already own businesses locally. We would be a long-term customer on your terms, and would help you reach guests without taking your margin.
Community priorities you would set
- Education & youth training
- Local enterprise & procurement
- Dignified paid employment
- Infrastructure & water access
- Health & wellbeing access
- Women-led enterprise
- Cultural preservation
- Locally governed benefit-sharing
Where Indigenous or customary land and knowledge are involved, free, prior and informed consent, local ownership, cultural and intellectual-property protection, fair compensation and a standing veto come first.

In writing,before anythingis built.
No exploitative labour
Guest contribution never replaces paid local labour, public services, professional expertise or local leadership. Guests contribute only to locally defined, supervised and genuinely additive work.
No greenwashing
We publish method, baseline and outcome for both place and community — including the times a target is missed. Claims without a measurement are not claims we make.
No speculative tokens
Impact Credits are a record of verified contribution and a Guardianship utility. They are not tradable, not an investment and carry no financial return.
No overdevelopment
Capacity is set by ecology, not by demand. Eden Habitats are demountable and small by design; if a place cannot take one lightly, we do not build one there.
Local co-authorship
Community partners define the priorities, govern participation and share in the value. They are co-owners of the project, not beneficiaries of it and never an attraction within it.
Consent and cultural rights
Free, prior and informed consent, local ownership, protection of cultural and intellectual property, fair compensation and a standing community veto apply wherever Indigenous or customary land and knowledge are involved.

Early-stage only. We are not signing agreements — we are learning whether this model would be welcome, and where.
