A week that changes a team.
Trust is built by doing something difficult together for someone else's benefit. Our corporate weeks are the same product as our guest weeks, arranged around one cohort.
The places on this site are real, and the environmental evidence is cited. Eden hospitality, prices, availability, booking, Impact Passport activity and Impact Credits are simulations. Nothing is bookable and no payment is ever taken.
Five ways in.
Every programme carries a locally defined mission on both sides — the place and the people. Your team’s hours are added to work that is already funded and staffed.
Leadership weeks
A cohort of eight to twelve leaders, one mission, one week. Coaching and peer circles built around real work on the land.
Team formation
New or newly merged teams build trust through shared physical contribution rather than a hotel breakout room.
Skills deployment
Your specialists give what they are genuinely expert in — legal, engineering, agronomy, design — to a local mission that needs it.
Community benefit
Half of every corporate week's contribution sits on the community side: mentoring local enterprises, training, procurement commitments and paid roles that outlast your visit.
Reporting
Verified hours, skills and both place and community outcomes recorded per participant, exportable as a team summary for your own reporting.
Cohort size
8–30 participants, one Eden Habitat, one week.
Contribution
8–12 supervised hours per participant, skills-matched.
Recorded
Hours, skills and outcomes per person in an Impact Passport.

There is nothing to book yet. What is useful now is knowing which missions and skills organisations would actually commit to.
